What to do when you're experiencing domestic violence

According to authorities, the person who is experiencing abuse may not be in place to speak with law enforcement regarding the abuse, denying the abuse might be safest for the person being abused especially if the abusive individual is around or present. Authorities suggest not calling police quickly regarding the violence as it could upset the abusive partner especially when a concerned neighbor or friend called authorities. The abuser might severely harm their partner when the police leave, thus, it's not a recommendable move.

The first thing to do is recognize what are the abuses done to you and eventually leave your abusive partner and just report the incident if you're no longer in the same place with the abusive individual.

Although violence in men is not usually common, it cannot be denied that domestic violence does also happen in men. Men who are being abused may seem anxious to please their intimate partner and just follow what their partner says and does, Mankind says.
