Jamie-Lynn Sigler: My Son 'Doesn't Look At Me Any Differently' Despite Her Multiple Sclerosis Battle

Jamie-Lynn Sigler revealed that for the past 15 years of her life she's been battling with multiple sclerosis. She said she was diagnosed with the condition at the age of 20. And some of her symptoms include difficulty in walking and a weaker right side.

Although she's having a hard time moving due to her condition, Sigler said her 2-year-old son, Beau Kyle, makes everything easy for her. "He doesn't know any different," the actress told PEOPLE. "I'm still on the floor with him playing."

She also revealed that until now she's having some difficulties with her mobility but her son doesn't look at her like she has the neurological condition and these instances and beliefs help her a lot. "It may take me a few more seconds to get up than other moms, but he doesn't look at me any differently, she said. "And that makes a huge difference for me, too."

Cutter Dykstra's wife also said that she was living with fear before, especially after she found about her illness. Jamie said her condition and the grueling treatments made her extremely anxious as she knew that the long treatments could possibly affect her fertility.

Luckily, after going through the treatment for how many years, Jamie- Lynn found out that she's carrying their first baby and even went into remission during her pregnancy. "I can't walk my hill with my dog today but when I was nine months pregnant, easy breezy," the happy mother said. "It's just something beautiful. Everything goes quiet."

Jamie- Lynn also said that she is still looking forward to having more children as her son inspired her a lot. However, she admitted that she already prepared herself if ever her life takes another path. She also shared that for the time being, her main priority is being a good wife to her husband and a good mother to her son.
