'Telenovela' Season 2 News & Update: Star Eva Longoria Admits To Dyeing Gray Hair, Talks Secret Of Ageless Skin

"Telenovela," which stars "Desperate Housewives" actress Eva Longoria has had a good run in Season 1. Besides the format that "Telenovela" uses much of its attraction comes from the main character Ana Sofia Calderon, which is played by Eva Longoria.

As Daily Mail reports, Eva Longoria is in excellent shape at 40. Longoria remains as youthful and spry as when she first came into the Hollywood scene.

While a number of people dread growing old, US Weekly reports that Eva Longoria is actually excited about being 40. "I always say I want my 40-year-old mind with my 20-year-old body," Longoria said.

Eva Longoria reveals that her perfectly maintained hair gets a bit of gray from time to time. The "Telenovela" star dyes her hair and thanks L'Oreal for the help. On the matter of looking ageless, Eva Longoria spoke about inheriting the trait from her dad.

Still, Eva Longoria points out that a healthy lifestyle brings in huge advantages. Exercise, healthy food and a good amount of sleep all work together to make her look great.

Eva Longoria makes sure she does not starve on any given day and prepares her food well. She also motivates herself when she exercises by measuring her calorie intake against her workout. "Every time I'm running and I'm seeing the calories I'm burning I go, 'That's only one glass of wine! I haven't even gotten to the food!'"

The "Telenovela" actress and fiance Jose Anton Baston announced their engagement in December 2015. Eva Longoria and Latin American Televisa president Baston are in no hurry to get married, however, and intend to savor their engagement.

Premiere Date TV reports that the release date for "Telenovela" Season 2 is yet to be announced. "Hunted By Night" actor Jencarlos Canela and "What Women Want" actress Diana Maria Riva" will join Eva Longoria in "Telenovela" Season 2.
