Celebrity Parents: James Van Der Beek And Wife Kimberly Welcome Fourth Child

James Van Der Beek and his wife, Kimberly Brook, happily welcomed their fourth child, Emelia on Wednesday, March 23. It seems as though the former "Dawson's Creek" star couldn't contain his excitement, as he was the one to confirm the news by way of his Instagram account. 

"Happy to share that two days ago, @vanderkimberly and I were lucky enough to welcome a little baby girl into the world," the "Varsity Blues" actor wrote on Instagram. "Emilia Van Der Beek," he continued, revealing his baby girl's name.

Along with the announcement was a lovely black-and-white photo of his wife and three other children: Olivia, 5, Joshua, 4, and Annabel, 2. It seems as though James Van Der Beek really falls in love deeply with his growing number of offspring. "Crazy how deeply in love you can fall with someone you just met," James concluded his caption.

The Van Der Beek's home has been filled with joy for the past weeks. Aside from looking forward to welcoming their daughter, James' producer of a wife just celebrated her 34th birthday on Tuesday, a day before delivering James Van Der Beek's Baby No. 4. 

The "CSI: Cyber" star once admitted that he was worried about raising a large family knowing that it would be tricky. "There are moments where we will be dealing with the two, it will be a handful and I'll think, 'Well, this is about t get even trickier,'" James Van Der Beek was quoted saying, according to The Daily Mail. Nevertheless, the actor said he loves being around with his kids as they always make him happy.

The 39-year-old actor and his business consultant-turned-lifestyle blogger wife exchanged vows in Israel in 2010. A month later, the couple welcomed their first child. But before marrying Kimberly, James was married to Heather McComb for seven years, the estranged couple, however, don't have children.
