Cameron Diaz News & Update: 'The Other Woman' Actress Promotes New Book With A Makeup-Free Selfie

Cameron Diaz is making waves for her upcoming book by posting a selfie without makeup. See her beauty without cosmetics and you will surely still fall in love with the "The Other Woman" star.

Toronto Sun reported that Cameron Diaz is releasing her second book, "The Longevity Book: Live Stronger, Live Better, The Art of Ageing Well" and she promotes her work with a bare face selfie on her Instagram account on Wednesday.

She captioned her post with, "I'm so excited to continue the conversation because learning that you can age well, will actually help you age better."

The "Annie" star featured a clear skin, but the lack of beauty products shows how Cameron Diaz is ageing well. As the report notes, the crow's feet at the corners of her eyes were more visible. However, it is apparent that the actress doesn't care because she is happy to age.

"With gorgeous skin, bright blue eyes and rosy cheeks, she looks incredible, and it's in support of a great message," Stuff reported of Cameron Diaz's bold move to bare her natural state.

"I say let's take this conversation beyond what's superficial... it's more than wrinkles, grey hairs and sagging-it's about your cells and what happens deep within them because there's nothing superficial about senescence, phenotypes and telomeres. But more on THAT later," Cameron Diaz wrote on her website.

In her post, Cameron Diaz shared the five secrets to living the happiest and healthiest life. The "Bad Teacher" notes that to enjoy a long happy healthy life one should eat, engage in physical activities, get a good night sleep, be free of stress and connect with loved ones.

"If you understand how your body works then you can take action to help keep it in the best possible condition so it can carry you through a long and beautiful life."
