‘Limitless’ Season 2 Renewal Or Cancellation News: Petition Raised To Renew CBS Drama

The future of "Limitless" on TV is still up in the air, as CBS still has not released an official renewal order for the Bradley Cooper-led series. As fans are becoming increasingly worried that the show might not live on for Season 2, a petition was raised in hopes to get the series renewed.

The possibility of having "Limitless" Season 2 on TV remains uncertain. CBS still has not issued a renewal order for the show, which led many fans wondering if the show would still continue for another season.

Fans began to raise a petition on Care2 Petitions in hopes of getting "Limitless" renewed for Season 2. The petition has only received 11 supporters as of writing.

"They should sign this because 'Limitless' is a great TV show that needs to be renewed," the petition read.

Several fans have also expressed their thoughts on renewing "Limitless" for another season. A fan named Howard Fern cited several reasons as to why the series should be renewed for Season 2.

"It's an uplifting guilt free show. It's a thrill ride of what the brain is really capably if its potential could be used," the user wrote.

Carter Matt also reports on the odds of getting "Limitless" renewed for Season 2. According to the publication, the show has received an average of 1.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic during Season 1.

This is still higher than other shows, which have already been renewed for another season such as "Hawaii Five-0," "Blue Bloods," "Elementary" and "NCIS: Los Angeles." The publication also offers explanation as to why "Limitless" has not yet been renewed.

According to the outlet, CBS might still be holding off on the release of the renewal order for "Limitless" Season 2 in the same way that it is doing to "Supergirl" and "Code Black." Fans have also argued that there is still a lot more story that the show could tell the audience, which further explains the need for a second season.
