"Baby Daddy" Season 6 will have a time jump when the show's upcoming season premieres on TV. In an interview with TVLine, executive producer Dan Berendsen teased that the show will not pick up right where Season 5 ended.

"We normally come back on a big cliffhanger, but I think there will be a little bit of a time jump here," he said.

As seen in "Baby Daddy" Season 5 finale, Riley told Danny that she is pregnant. Fans and viewers would, therefore, see how Riley's pregnancy will affect Danny and how the latter will react to this new chapter of his life. There is also a question of whether Danny and Tucker will leave New York for better opportunities in Season 6.

Danny and Riley would also need to consider whether they will get married in "Baby Daddy" Season 6. Spoilers also hint that viewers have not seen the last of Ben's dream girl, Elle, who will reportedly give him "a little quest."

The showrunner also shared that there were alternate endings created for the "Baby Daddy" Season 5 finale since they did not know whether Freeform would give them another year. The alternate ending would have seen Ben and his mystery girl driving off together.

Bustle also notes that "Baby Daddy" Season 6 may air in early 2017 since the show often takes a six-month hiatus in-between each season. For the meantime, fans will have to sit and wait around for the new season in the next few months.
