Boston Celtics is said to be preparing and gearing up for a multi-player deal with other NBA team in order to acquire at least one of the three great players namely Jimmy Butler, Kevin Durant, and LaMarcus Alridge. All these trades are said to take place before the regular season of the NBA 2016-2017 Season starts.
In a recent interview with general manager of Boston Celtics, Danny Ainge, and co-owner of the NBA team, Wyc Grousbeck, said that the team is prepared to land a superstar player via free agency or trade in the next NBA season.
Metro reported that Durant is one of the possible top players to join Boston Celtics next season if it does not turn out too well for him in the Golden State Warriors. Durant is deemed to be able to help Golden State Warriors redeem themselves and possibly win the NBA championship title next June but another scenario is that they will lose and he would want to transfer to another team where he could be a leader.
Other reports have claimed before that Durant does not do well with the big three of Golden State Warriors so he might not be a good fit for the team. Boston Celtics might have been the second or third choice of Durant before he decided to join Golden State Warriors so he might be joining the former team in case it does not work out for him with the latter this NBA season.
As for Jimmy Butler joining Boston Celtics, he might be traded to Boston Celtics next season because Chicago Bulls has to work on a lot of aspects regarding their roster. They lost Dwayne Wade and they need someone stronger in order to make their team one of the best competitors again.
Lastly, the NBA player who is rumored to be coming to Boston Celtics next summer is LaMarcus Alridge. According to Inquisitr, it is believed that Alridge of San Antonio Spurs might be on the trading block next offseason because the power forward is said to be not happy with the team when he signed with them in 2015. He was promised of being the offensive go-to guy but Kawhi Leonard filled that position for the San Antonio Spurs.
