The Details To Olympic Athlete Michael Phelps And Nicole Johnson's Secret Wedding Last June

It seems like Olympic athlete Michael Phelps is no longer excited to get married as apparently, he already has. Michael Phelps had already married his fiancee Nicole Johnson last June and the ceremony was kept a secret.

According to People, the couple got hitched last June 13 in Paradise Valley, Arizona. The magazine has confirmed the news as they got hold of a copy of their record of marriage.

Peter Carlisle, who was a close friend of the couple and agent officiated the ceremony between Michael Phelps and Nicole Johnson. Peter Carlisle was often the one who posts pictures of the family on his Instagram account.

Michael Phelps has kept the secret even during the Rio Olympics where he was often interviewed. He said before that he was excited for the wedding and they have already set the date. Nonetheless, Michael Phelps and Nicole Johnson were already married for a couple of months when Rio Olympics started.

A little clue might have been left behind Nicole Johnson's Instagram account. She posted a photo of her, Michael Phelps and their now 6-month-old baby boy, Boomer, the same day as the wedding.

Michael Phelps' wife captioned it, "Such a memorable night with my liil fambam. boomer obviously didn't want to hold still."

Michael Phelps asked the question to Nicole Johnson last February 2015 and had their baby Boomer this May. Nonetheless, as far as fans and everyone knew, it won't be until later this year that the couple is getting married.

TMZ, who first broke the news, also reported that Michael Phelps had a live streaming on his Facebook account. His fans had apparently suggested he was already married but the Olympic athlete denied it.

The reason for his denial and maintaining his engagement to Nicole Johnson is still unknown. Nonetheless, everyone can't help but congratulate the family.

Nicole Johnson and their baby were also the center of attention during the Rio Olympics apart from Michael Phelps himself. Boomer cheered on his father with his mother taking good care of him from the sides. The baby got everyone's attention as he wore adorable outfits to the Olympics.
