The report claims that the Japanese publisher has launched a new Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain Tokyo Game Show 2015 website. It confirms that more of the new Metal Gear Online is coming and at the same time teases fans than the title will be the main focus of stage events.
The stage events will showcase more of Metal Gear Online and will also feature 8 VS 8 exhibition matches. For those who wanted to see the stage events but will not be able to attend, it will be streamed live on YouTube, per GeekSnack.
Going into the game, The Phantom Pain is a war designed by Kojima himself. The gamer has to plan his way out on how to approach the battle, and although one may feel that he is free to do whatever he wishes to win the battle, one can't step beyond the line drawn by Kojima, The Indian Express reports.
The report suggests that Kojima's plot is similar to Christopher Nolan movies. Gamers with short attention span will get confused with the stories that are hard to keep track of. However, since it's a revenge story, it fits perfectly to the open-world backdrop.
The Big Boss is assigned on locating and taking out a mercenary group. The Big Boss will lead a mercenary group, which he needs to develop with everything he can collect through his mission. If he finds unmanned tanks he can send it to his Mother Base through Fulton balloons.
As for the Mother Base, it's like a "glorified loot bag" where one can send anything, including laptops, animals, ammo boxes or even trucks. To strengthen the Mother Base, here are some tips from Game Radar: never stop fultoning soldiers, prioritize mother base platform construction over spending for gears, steal every resources you find especially Common Metal and Fuel, sell supplies you don't need and build your FOB as soon as it's available.
"Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" is available on all regions on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.
