The split of Kourtney Kardashian from longtime partner, Scott Disick, has been one of the most widely reported separations this year. While the Keeping Up With The Kardashians brood have always been the center of media attention, the eldest sister of Kim Kardashian has never been one to hog the spotlight. However, the recent split of the mother of three from Disick shoved her and her children into the limelight - especially with the highly publicized romantic flings of her former partner with various women abroad.
As the couple continue to keep mum on the details of their separation, sources claim that Kourtney has finally agreed to custody arrangements with Disick. Radar Online reported that the two will share children rearing duties. However, the details of Disick's visitation rights and other concerns still need to be ironed out.
"Kourtney has granted Scott legal joint custody of their three kids together, but they are still ironing out the visitation rights situation," revealed an insider reportedly close to the matter. The source further shared, "Scott wants to be able to come and get them whenever he wants and that is not something that Kourtney is willing to budge on." This request from Disick, however, is adamantly rejected by Kourtney. While the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star appreciate her ex's desire to spend time with their children, it appears that the sister of Khloe Kardashian is still suspicious of Disick's capacity to hold on to his sobriety.
The insider shared, "She already hates that he is asking to take the kids out without supervision. But she knows that every single time those kids see their daddy he has been sober. Mason does not let anything get by and he tells Kourtney if Scott is acting even a little bit strange."
In an earlier report from Radar Online, it was revealed that Kourtney and Disick actually met prior to the release of the decision on custody rights for their children. In the said story, an insider shared that the former couple met up at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles. The source revealed, "Kourtney met up with Scott to discuss the custody situation. "She wanted him to know that she was going to go after full custody of their children and that she would allow him visitation rights as long as he is sober during the entire time he spends with the kids."
