Rob Kardashian Denied Primary Custody of Daughter with Black Chyna

Rob Kardashian has made his way again to the headlines as he filed another case against his baby mama, Blac Chyna, in regards to his custody to their 3-year-old daughter, Dream Kardashian.

Way back in January, Kardashian filed an emergency ex parte motion back against Chyna and requested primary custody for their daughter in light allegations that Chyna has "drinking problems" and was "acting inappropriately in front of her children."

However, the motion was denied by the judge because he saw there was no emergency in the situation according to the documents they were holding.

After the motion, Kardashian is still allowed to pursue custody changes, however, it will not be considered on a quick basis, such as an emergency motion. This means that he and Chyna's debate can still continue and might still happen in the future.

The new court documents that Chyna brought to court for the motion described that their party was "surprised" to know about Kardashian's sudden request for court and take away custody from the 31-year-old reality star and will only allow her to visit during the weekends with a monitor.

Also, according to the legal filings made by the 32-year-old Kardashian star, Chyna was surprised when she discovered about Kardashian's moved ex parte last Januar 3, 2020, for an emergency order to "permanently change the Custody Order for Dream," so that Chyna will only be allowed to see her daughter every Saturday and Sunday between 10 A.M to 6 P.M together with a monitor or a nanny around rather than having her five days a week.

Chyna also said that she had to face the biased treatment after the ex parte motion last January filed by Kardashian after the issue was leaked to the public and the press. It resulted in some harsh public comments regarding Chyna and her parenting ways.

Now, according to her legal team, Chyna has to take time and explain her side to resources and paparazzi to oppose Kardashian's baseless motions.

Along with Kardashian's emergency motion, he also accused Chyna about her so-called poor and unsafe parenting skills. In the now denied motion request, it also stated that a drug test should be done on Chyna because there were several house helpers and nannies in her household who had reportedly quit because of her unpredictable behavior.

The 32-year-old Kardashian star also claimed that Chyna was spending $600 per day just on alcohol and drug abuse. The accusations also stated Chyna showing violent acts, such as "chasing people with knives" and that she is "failing to keep Dream well-presented and teaching her sexual positions and naked twerking."

All of these allegations were denied by Chyna, especially the ones that stated she is into drug abuse and doing it in front of her children, and teaching Dream sexual positions.

Also, sources from TMZ stated that the 31-year-old reality star was a good mother and she would never put her children in any harm.

Kardashian's request to reduce Chyna's parenting time to just weekends, do a drug test on her whenever she visits, and with the supervision of a nanny was highly supported by Chyna's former employees and his sister, Khloe Kardashian.

Khloe supported her brother even from the ex parte motion because she "wants to do everything to help Rob win the primary custody of Dream." Khloe has always been close to Rob and they even lived together for a while way back, and she also grew close to Dream just like she is close to all of her nieces and nephews.

Rob's allegations and documents were also certified to have backups by Khloe, because the 35-year-old Kardashian star also noticed a strange behavioral change in Dream during her playdates with her cousins. According to her, Dream was becoming more defensive and aggressive towards them.
