Maren Morris Welcomes Her Baby Boy

Maren Morris has just given birth, March 23. Morris posted on her Instagram a series of photos capturing the wonders of becoming a first-time mom.

The first photo shows her with her newborn baby snuggling on to her chest. Followed by a photo of her husband beaming while looking eye to eye with their son. The third one with her cute baby in his hospital crib. And lastly, their couple photo with her husband kisses her as she laid on the bed during recovery.

Morris and her husband Ryan Hurd named their baby Hayes Andrew Hurd. She captioned her post with her son's name and date of birth. Then she added, "Love of our lives."

Maren Morris Dancing to Delivery

A few days ago, the Arlington native, wearing black tights and belly bulging, was dancing her way to giving birth. It was obvious how excited she was to see their little bundle of joy.

She even posted on her Twitter account last March 16 pinpointing the world's current condition fighting the coronavirus. She shared a screencap of "Friends" featuring a funny face of Ross Geller with a caption describing how her baby looks while deciding if he wants to come out during the state of things that was going on.

The couple first announced their pregnancy in October 2019.

Maren Morris Performs Onstage with Her 9-Months Pregnant Belly

Two weeks ago, the 29-year-old singer could have canceled Saturday's RodeoHouston performance because she could possibly go on labor anytime.

However, Morris still went on with the performance while the car that brought her onstage was just there waiting for her just in case she goes on labor.

She told her more than 64,000 audiences that if ever she gives birth during the show, then it means that her baby wants to be born in Texas. She shared that the fetus in her womb is kicking and is aware that his mom's adrenaline is on full blast.

Morris still earns substantial radio play and that position was how she moved to a new genre: the slick pop of "The Middle" and "RSVP", the searing soul of "Once".

She tweeted that she was glammed with Selena at that time while watching the "Selena" movie as she got her hair and makeup done. She said that she was about to play the Astrodome that night and that her ultimate 9-month pregnancy energy was being released.

Morris performed onstage wearing sparkling fringe and flared pants that showed her 9 months pregnant belly while being surrounded by pink and blue rugs all over the floor.

Morris opened the floor with "Girl" and ended with "The Bones" and "My Church", two of her most memorable hits. These two songs also showcased her best appeal.

The then-9-months pregnant singer was almost in tears as she told her fans that she is gonna look back on this show for the rest of her life. And she will show the footage to her son when he grows up, and tell him that that was what got him out of the door.
