Giuliana and Bill Rancic have started final preparations to welcome their baby. The couple who are expecting their first baby via gestational surrogate flew to Colorado, to be a part of the great day.
"On the plane to Denver!! Baby watch has officially started!!" reality star Bill shared his excitement with his 302,578 followers on Twitter on Monday.
"Heading out for a hike with @GiulianaRancic here in Colorado. Can't go too far. Waiting for that call any day now!" the 41-year-old entrepreneur wrote Tuesday after reaching Colorado.
The couple also have planned their schedule after the arrival of their son.
"We're going to go from Colorado to Chicago and then spend September and October in Chicago. And then we'll come back to the West Coast," Bill told Us Weekly last month. "Everyone is pumped! Not just our family but so many people. We're so lucky. So many people have been pulling for us and following our journey. This has all been magical for us."
Bill and Giuliana tied the knot in Sept. 2007. After struggling to conceive naturally, the couple opted for in vitro fertilization in 2010.
But, the IVF treatment also didn't help the couple to fulfil their desire to have children. In 2011, misery struck again when Giuliana was diagnosed with breast cancer. She underwent a mastectomy as part of the cancer treatment.
Through the reality show, "Giuliana & Bill" the couple shared their fertility issues with the world. After their failure of IVF treatments, Giuliana and Bill sought the help of a surrogate to carry their biological baby. The current pregnancy was the result of one of the last embryos the couple banked before Giuliana's cancer diagnosis.
