9 Easy Tricks to Get Your Kids to Drink Water

Kids love playing all day. When they do, they would always sweat a lot. Sweating makes a person lose water. However, what should you do if your children do not like drinking water? Here are nine tricks to get your kids to drink water.

Buy Cute Cups

Many cute cups are available in different characters, colors, and sizes. Let your child pick a cup that he likes and use that when you want him to drink water. Make sure that the special cup is always reachable and easily seen by your kid.

Challenge Your Child

Make your child drink water by challenging him into drinking until the bottom. If there is a character on the cup, you could tell him to drink until water is only up to the feet of the character. Better yet, be a role model and drink your glass of water at the same time.

Make Different Shapes of Ice Cubes

There are lots of ice trays with different shapes, like animals, things, and many others. Excite your kids to drink water with the differently shaped ice cubes swimming in their water bottle.

Give Him a Silly Straw

Bring excitement to your kid by letting him sip water into a silly straw. There are tons of different colored silly straws in the market and lots of different shapes too. Choose your kids' favorite shape and color to make him drink his water.
