Symptoms of pregnancy: How early should you expect to see and feel them?
Many women who are trying to conceive for the first time are curious when they should be expecting to prepare for motherhood. For starters, every possible sign would make you feel like you are in the early stage of pregnancy. But what are the real signs and symptoms that a bun is in the oven?
Yes, you are excited to take the pregnancy test. But you still have to wait for a few days before you see accurate results. Below are the symptoms that you might expect to encounter and an estimate on when they would appear. Do take note that some women do not experience other symptoms, while others do.

Headaches
This symptom is caused by increased blood volume. Make sure to drink lots of fluid, especially water.
Fatigue
As early as one week after conception, you might feel fatigued. It is caused by an increase in progesterone and as your body adjusts to support your pregnancy. Usually, it goes away in the second trimester but comes back when your tiny bun is soon to come out.
Spotting and cramping
When the fertilized egg implants into the uterus linings, some women have mild spotting or even cramping. Usually, it happens six to 12 days after you have conceived. Some women mistake it as PMS.
Breast tenderness
In the early stage of pregnancy, usually around one to two weeks after you conceive, you may feel sore and tender around the breasts area. It is caused by an increase in estrogen and progesterone. You will feel breast pain even before your missed period.

Frequent urination
Some women feel the strong frequent urge to urinate by around four to six weeks after conceiving. HCG causes the extra blood flow to your growing uterus. When your fetus is bigger, she presses on your uterus, so this symptom reappears on the latter part of pregnancy. When you go to pee, make sure to empty your bladder fully to prevent developing UTI.
Mood swings
Around the fifth week of your pregnancy, you might notice having mood swings. Pregnant women usually get unstable emotions the whole first trimester, which is caused by imbalanced hormones in the body.
Constipation
At around eight to 12 weeks, you might have a hard time with your bowel movement. Again, it is caused by your increasing hormones.

Morning sickness
Up to 85 percent of pregnant moms experience nausea and vomiting due to morning sickness. It usually happens from six to eight weeks and goes away by around week 16.
Bloating
Pregnancy hormones cause you to feel bloated soon after conceiving. Avoid eating too salty food to avoid getting bloated.
