Here's a good news for "Batman: Arkham Knight" fans: the team has already released their September update, which will enable players to enjoy the game in a new level. New downloadable contents are available and many more are coming up.
Warner Bros. announced that the 2008 Tumber Batmobile Pack and the Original Arkham Batman Skin DLC packs for "Batman: Arkham Knight" are already available on Tuesday, Sept. 23, according to IGN.
The new DLC will be available for gamers who have purchased the season pass. For those who want the season pass but did not avail, the 2008 Tumbler Batmobile Pack is available for a stand-alone download. It can be bought for only 2 euros on PS4 and Xbox One. And as a treat for fans, the Arkham Skin is free for gamers of both systems. Prices may differ in other territories.
The Tumbler Batmobile is inspired by The Dark Knight movie, which features races on two-themed tracks. On the other hand, the new skin allows the gamers to wear the original Arkham Asylum Batman costume in the game.
Meanwhile, Eurogamer.net reports about two other new add-ons that are already available—the Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #2 that brings extra challenge maps and the GCPD Lockdown story DLC that lets the players take the Nightwing on a mission to stop Penguin from breaking out of the Gotham City Police Department.
According to ComicBook, aside from new challenge maps, Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #2 also features Nightwing, Robin, Catwoman and the Batmobile.
That's not all, more add-ons are coming on October. Among the expected packs are Batman Classic TV Series Batmobile Pack with 1960s TV Series Batmobile, Robin Skins and two new racetracks.
Moreover, a new story DLC featuring Catwoman will also follow. The report claims that the DLC is titled "Catwoman's Revenge." It will be set after the Arkham Knight's campaign where the gamer can roam around as Catwoman and take revenge on the Riddler.
Comicbook reports that the third Crime Fighter Challenge Pack will also be available on the next update.
Recent "Arkham Knight" DLC includes the1989 Movie Batmobile Pack, the Bat-family Skins Pack, and the Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #1. Unfortunately, PC gamers might have to wait a little longer because up to now, there is no news as to when these features will be available for the PC version of the game, IGN has learned.
