'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans' New Beau Has Got A Solid Rap Sheet -- Who's The New Guy?

After breaking up with her ex-fiancé, Nathan Griffith, "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans is moving on with a new guy.

The 23-year-old reality star posted a photo of her new beau, David Eason, on her Instagram account on Wednesday night. A day before that, she also posted that she and her boyfriend went on a double date with her best friend Tori Rhyne and her partner. She originally captioned this said photo, "Having a fantastic night with this man, makes me smile so big," but according to In Touch Weekly, it has since been removed.

Radar Online did some digging into David's identity and found out that the 27-year-old guy from North Carolina has a long rap sheet. Among his offenses, David allegedly obtained property by false pretenses and was detained for possession of drug paraphernalia. Both incident happened in July 2012 in New Hanover County.

The news outlet further discovered that even as David was under probation, he was once again arrested for breaking and entering, larceny and damaging property in October of the same year. David also served four months in prison at the Neuse Correctional Institution from October 2014 to January 2015.

According to OK! Magazine, David is a single father and despite the police records, a source close to Jenelle told the news outlet that the "Teen Mom 2" star is very happy. Yet the new relationship is "nothing serious."

Meanwhile, a new episode on "Teen Mom 2" will feature Jenelle's custody battle with her mother, Barbara Evans, who has been taking care of Jace, Jenelle's six-year-old son with Andrew Lewis, according to US Weekly. The sneak peek to the episode, exclusive only to the news outlet, shows Jenelle's mom talking to her about dropping the custody case.

"I just think that we have to come to some kind of agreement or something or talk to the lawyers and tell them we want to just hold off about this court thing right now, don't you think?" said Barbara to her daughter, but Jenelle is unsure about her mother's suggestion. "Right now I don't know what I would want or what I would agree to," the medical student tells her mom. "It's not that I don't have a plan. I just have to wait to see if I get certified, when I get certified, if I get a job, when I get a job."

"Teen Mom 2" airs every Thursdays on MTV.
