Tom Brady recently revealed his daily routine, which shows his determination and commitment-not just in sports but also towards his family.

The dad-of-three spends a lot of time incorporating the right exercises for his age, making sure he eats right and also makes sure he has mealtimes with his family, making sure his kids are eating healthy, too.

Tom Brady: Daily Routine and Fitness

At 43, Tom Brady breaks his record at being the oldest quarterback to win the Super Bowl with his Tampa Bay Buccaneers teammates.

John Burns, CEO of Tom's health and wellness organization, TB12, calls Tom a man with a plan. Burn revealed that Tom's success over more than 20 years speaks volumes of the athlete's incredible drive and meticulous approach to all he does, News AU reported.

Tom starts his day early, waking up at 5:30 am to a smoothie and electrolyte water. At 7 am, he has breakfast with his wife Gisele Bündchen and their children Benjamin and Vivian Lake.

Then from 8 to 10 am, Tom Brady is all about strength and conditioning exercises. He heads to the beach at 10 am swimming for cardiovascular exercise.

The NFL star proceeds with watching review game footage at 11 am before lunchtime. From 3 to 5 pm, the quarterback will have team practice. Tom will not be seen lounging around during the off-season as he would instead use this time to surf and workout some more.

His workouts end at 5 to 6 pm with a post-workout pliability session.

Tom Brady's evenings are spent bonding with his family. He also gets to spend some time with his eldest son, John Edward Thomas Moynahan, his only child with Bridget Moynahan, whenever possible.

At 6 pm, the Brady home always has dinner together, and by 7:30 pm, the doting dad reads to his children. The early riser is also an early sleeper as he hits the sack by 8:30 pm.

Tom Brady Diet Plan for Him and His Kids

Tom is all about taking care of his physical fitness, which starts with what he eats every day. The NFL star does not have anything with caffeine, dairy, gluten, white flour, and white sugar.

While he eats vegetables daily, he steers clear of any vegetable that can cause inflammation-eggplants, mushrooms, peppers, and tomatoes are examples.

The 43-year-old eats only organic and make sure his children eat organic too. His meals are often a grass-fed animal protein, dark leafy greens, legumes, and whole grains.

He also makes sure to stay hydrated, especially with electrolytes. When it is game day, Brady will often have a sandwich with almond butter and jelly and a healthy smoothie.

But the world-class athlete did not always have healthy food choices. He admitted to eating unhealthy foods as a kid, having a diet mostly of bacon, cheeseburgers, donuts, hotdog, muffins with butter, nachos with a tub of cheese-all of which contributed to him realizing he was a chunky little kid, Sportscasting reported.

With that in mind, Brady made sure his kids start eating healthy while they are young. Eighty percent of what his kids eat are the freshest organic vegetables. The family's chef Allen Campbell revealed that 90 percent of the time, the entire family will eat the same healthy meals. The Brady kids have known healthy eating all their lives.
