Florida teenager Noah Galle was charged with the deaths of six people in a violent 151-mph car crash back in January. New court documents reveal that the 18-year-old posted videos of himself racing in his luxury BMW at 182 mph on social media just two weeks before the tragic accident.

Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg announced that Galle was formally charged on Monday, April 18, with six counts of vehicular homicide in the January 27 car crash that killed six farm employees who were leaving work in Delray Beach.

Each count is a second-degree felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison. According to a probable cause affidavit, the car crash happened just before 11 p.m. when Galle, driving his 2019 white BMW at a speed of 151 mph, struck the back of a Nissan Rogue with six passengers inside South State Road 7. Galle was 17 years old at the time of the crash.

Documents said that the occupants of the Nissan Rogue were leaving Pero Family Farms, where the six victims worked. According to the affidavit, Galle's BMW crushed the rear of the Nissan Rogue "forward several feet into the passenger compartment."

The affidavit also said that the impact was so forceful that the Nissan Rogue rotated into the center median and started "flipping and rolling over before coming to a final rest (upside down) within the center median."

Five of the vehicle's occupants were declared dead at the scene, according to NBC News. A sixth passenger passed away at Delray Medical Center. The victims in the car crash were identified as Michel Louis Saint, 77, Marie Michelle Louis, 60, Remize Michel, 53, Filaine Dieu, 46, Mirlaine Innocent Julceus, 45, and Vanice Percina, 29.

An investigator noted at the crash site, according to the affidavit, that Galle appeared to have his Instagram handle emblazoned on the driver and passenger side of his BMW car. The affidavit also stated that the sheriff's office received a tip a day after the collision about his posts on social media platforms Instagram and TikTok, in which Galle recorded himself driving at extremely high rates of speed.

According to People magazine, the tipster sent police a screenshot of a video showing Galle speeding on Interstate 95, telling authorities that the suspect posted it two weeks before the deadly crash. A search warrant for Galle's Instagram account led investigators to find what appeared to be the same video the tipster sent, showing Galle in his white BMW car driving at 182 mph on I-95.

Officials said they knew the vehicle was the same because of the car's dashboard and instrument panel configuration. Galle even had a "guess the mph" contest with his posts, inviting his followers to join and win some cash via an online payment app.
