Texas mom Kelsey Burkhalter Golden was in for a very wild surprise after her two-year-old son ordered a plethora of cheeseburgers via DoorDash all by himself. Barrett cheekily grabbed his mother's cell phone to play some digital games but ended up buying an excess of fast-food burgers from McDonald's.

The Kingsville native took to the social media platform Facebook to share the funny news, telling the community in Kingsville that she has 31 free cheeseburgers from McDonald's if anyone is interested, according to a report by the New York Post.

She jokingly scribed on her Facebook post that her 2-year-old knows how to order DoorDash. The mom shared alongside the post a cute photo of her toddler son sitting on a table, with Barrett munching on a cheeseburger he ordered. Next to the cute kid was a mountain of yellow paper-wrapped McDonald's burgers.

The total bill for Barrett's shocking order was $91.70

The total bill for the extra lunchtime burgers was $91.70 and included a $16 tip for the DoorDash driver who made the trek to Golden's house to deliver the sandwiches. Golden further elaborated on the hilarious moment, explaining that she had been using her computer when her son took her mobile phone.

Golden said she did not think anything of it and believed Barrett would just be fiddling around with the device's camera. The mother added that her young boy usually likes to take pictures of himself, so she assumed he was doing that. Golden thought she had locked the phone, but apparently, she did not, as DoorDash suddenly arrived with 31 cheeseburgers.

Golden knew something was up when she read a message from DoorDash saying that her order would take a little longer than usual because of its size. Golden told WXYZ that their family is in the process of moving, so she has been swamped juggling work and the children.

Golden shared extra burgers with the Kingsville community

Golden said she had ordered lunch for her kids before through DoorDash. However, she had it sent to their school and not their home. The nearest McDonald's to their place is about six miles away. The shocked mother of three was amazed when she heard a knock on the door, and the delivery driver from DoorDash handed her what Barrett had ordered.

Golden said she did not know what to do with the cheeseburgers as Barrett ate only half of one. She decided to share the food instead, posting on a community page on Facebook and asking the people in Kingsville if anybody wanted some free McDonald's cheeseburgers.

Golden noted in an interview with KHOU 11 that she hopes to keep her son Barrett from making large and unintended orders from food delivery services in the future. Golden revealed that she needs to hide the app because DoorDash is not protected on her phone.
