Community members said that they have seen the mom of the Texas school gunman, Adriana Reyes, sobbing in the pews on Wednesday. Fatima Abraham, a community leader at Heart Catholic Church, said she noticed Reyes, approached her, and asked how she was doing.
Adriana revealed who she was, and Fatima held her as she cried. Fatima said she tried to console the distraught mother and that they were with her, and not everyone was against her. Abraham assured the mom that she was not to be blamed for this as she did not put the gun in her son's hand.
Uneasy feelings About Him
Adriana said that her son, Salvador Reyes is "not a monster," but he could be aggressive. In her interview with ABC News, the mom said she had an uneasy feeling about his son sometimes, "like what are you up to?"
The mom explained that everyone raged, and some people have it more than others. Newsweek was surprised that her 18-year-old son had gone on a rampage that killed 19 young students and two teachers, adding that her son was not a violent person.
She expressed her condolences to the mass shooting victims at Robb Elementary School.
She was emotional when she said that she had no words for the killed kids and did not know what to say to them. She says that she prays for the bereaved families and the innocent children killed as they had nothing to do with it. Adriana said she was not aware that her son had been buying weapons.

A rocky relationship with Mom
Juan Alcarez,62, the man dating Reyes for more than a year, said that the shooter was a loner who moved in with his grandparents two months ago after an intense argument with his mother following a heated discussion about WiFi and his mother's decision to disconnect it.
He said that the shooter had a rocky relationship with his mom, and the two argued often. When the attack happened, Ramos lived with his grandparents in a house near the primary school. There were claims that Adriana was a drug abuser, but she did not address these claims when asked by Daily Mail.
Ramos's grandfather, Rolando Reyes, revealed that the family had no idea that he legally purchased two weapons after their grandson's 18th birthday. Salvador shot her grandmother in the face before killing innocent children and teachers in a nearby elementary school. The grandmother survived the attack but is now in critical condition.
Two months ago, one of Ramos' high school classmates, Nadia Reyes, said that Salvador posted a story on Instagram showing him screaming at his mother and calling her a "b****."
However, the mom said that claims that the two had a strained relationship were false. The mom admitted that her son "kept to himself and did not have many friends."
The authorities are still in the dark about what motivated Salvador to massacre the kids and teachers at the nearby elementary school.
