Showing his true self

Many people find the young prince’s reaction a breath of fresh air. Despite his mother’s warning to behave, his face gave off his true feelings. A mixture of boredom while waiting for the Royal Colors, awe while the Royal Colours are in flight, and an instant reaction because the sound from the planes is too loud for him. His adorable reaction prompted netizens to make relateable meme making him internet sensation.

Different from the crowd

As per Town and Country, Prince Louis’ suit coordinated with the color of his siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, and his mom, Kate Middleton's clothes. The young prince is wearing a sailor suit that his father, Prince William wore for the same occasion when he was two years old.

Wearing of sailor suit during such occasions can be dated back to King Edward VII, Queen Victoria’s son. The children of Prince William, Louis, Charlotte, and George were the youngest royals in attendance after the queen announced that only selected family members would appear on the palace balcony this year.

The children's aunt and uncle, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were spotted at the Queen's Platinum Jubilee festivities. Still, it is unclear whether their cousins Archie and Lilibet will attend future activities.

The little prince had his first appearance in 2019, and for most of the time, Prince William has been carrying him as he enjoyed the crowd, HITC says.

As netizens would have it, the young prince stole the show and their hearts. His adorable reactions will be something that the crowd will look forward to in future events.
