Octomom Nadya Suleman reminded us all that time does fly as she is now officially the mother of eight proud 8th graders, TODAY Parents reported.
Suleman marked the octuplets' first day of 8th grade with a picture of all eight kids smiling on their first day of school. She posted on the social media platform Instagram the photo of her octuplets, giving her followers a chance to see Noah, Maliyah, Isaiah, Nariyah, Makai, Josiah and Jeremiah, and Jonah, now all grown up.
Suleman, who has 14 kids in total, captioned the photo with "first day of 8th grade." She told her children to be proud of themselves for being kind, respectful, and helpful to all their fellow peers, teachers, and staff. She added that they are exceptional role models to the 6th and 7th graders and that she loves them all.

Suleman took a shot at her critics, who may be asking where the other children are, writing that the octuplets' older siblings did not want her to post a photo of their first day of school, a situation that many parents of teenagers know all too well.
She added that she respects their choice, so her critics should also. Suleman has shared pictures of the octuplets' first day of school over the years, including their first day of 3rd and 5th grade, according to People Magazine.
Suleman wrote that she loves each and every one of them unconditionally when celebrating their first day of 5th grade. She told the octuplets that they were all becoming some of the most kind, most selfless, caring human beings she had ever known.
The Octomom also thanked her kids for being patient with their mother and posing for the last-second, first-day photo. To no one's surprise, the older siblings again did not want their mother to embarrass them with the first day of school photo when the octuplets were starting 3rd grade.

The mom of 14 has also been candid about the stress that often accompanies the back-to-school season, including being an official bus driver, but she shared that she would not have it any other way.
Like any overwhelmed parent, Suleman has admitted to missing the quintessential first-day photo, instead posting a back-to-school picture of the kids a day or two later. She captioned a photo of the octuplets and one of their older siblings on Instagram, writing not exactly the first day but close enough.
Suleman celebrated the octuplets' 13th birthday earlier this year with another post on Instagram, according to ABC News. She said in the caption that each of them possesses rare and unique characteristics and is unlike any other child of their age. She described the octuplets as selfless, altruistic, nonmaterialistic, and loving, fearing followers of God.
