Roxsana Diaz, the New Jersey teacher with a curvy body, does not want to yield to the upsetting rumors that some parents allegedly want her fired because of her appearance and school outfits.

The art teacher from Pennsauken manages an Instagram account where she shares photos of her work with kids and her penchant for modeling her tight-fitting clothes and her voluptuous form. Her social media following has over 950,000 people.

According to Daily Mail, Diaz, 39, has been the subject of criticism due to her sexy photos, which include her students with their faces obscured or covered. Commenters have also posted that she should be a positive role model for the kids instead of sharing "booty pics" on Instagram.

"Hope you're proud of reinforcing unrealistic beauty standards and giving the little girls you work with body dysmorphia," one of her critics said.

Then, rumors about a clamor for her firing from her job, allegedly made by the parents of her students, were reported online, prompting Diaz to make a video to address the issue.

"Some of the mothers are my biggest supporters"

In the Instagram video, Diaz kept repeating for emphasis that her students' mothers, including those she taught years before, are some of her biggest supporters. She said that she does not understand where the clamor to have her fired has been coming from since the moms of the kids are the first to defend her from the online critics who attack her appearance and physique.

Diaz said that she teaches 3 to 5-year-old kids who do not think of lewd stuff when they see her. The art teacher also said that rather than going back and forth or debating against her haters, she made the video to express her gratitude for those who continue to appreciate teachers.

"I need you to do me a favor, really quick research shortage, teacher shortage," Diaz said, adding that there are more serious issues to focus on than her appearance.

Diaz is still teaching art

The teacher said she's overwhelmed with so much positivity that she cannot be upset by a few criticisms. She also continues to work as an art teacher in the same school where she's still getting positive feedback and support. Besides, it is against the law of the state and the federal government to fire a teacher based on her appearance.

Diaz also expressed that she might start a non-profit to help kids who could use some art therapy, per Revolt. Haters aside, she said that all she wants is to live her truth and continue the good things she's doing.

The teacher from Puerto Rico used to be tied with Model Mayhem and has worked with some hip-hop artists. She used to run her own YouTube channel, where she revealed she has a daughter.
