The 74th Primetime Emmy Awards, an event of glitz, glamour, and sweet victories, became a celebration of fatherhood.
Hollywood actors and proud fathers Ben Stiller and Chris O'Donnell arrived at the 2022 Emmys Monday night and walked the red carpet with their daughters as their dates, People reported.
Ben Stiller with daughter Ella
Twenty years old Ella Stiller tagged along with her father to support and cheer him on for his nomination for outstanding directing for a drama series for his work on the Apple TV+ show "Severance." Both took the red carpet before the live show looking gorgeous in black ensembles.
Ben shares Ella with his wife, Christine Taylor. Their appearance in the Emmys came two weeks after the husband and wife were spotted at the U.S. Open following their reconciliation. It can be recalled that the couple separated in 2017 after 17 years of marriage, but are now back together after being quarantined together during the pandemic.
The 52 years old executive producer and director shared to People in a recent "Severance" celebration in Malibu, California, that Ella and 17 years old son Quinlin served as his first "focus group" for the hit show. They were the first test screening when he edited the episodes for the first season, and he had so much fun working with them, seeing their reactions, and gaining insights from them.
On the other hand, Ella has grown "incredibly passionate" about the big screen industry where she grew up technically. She is an emerging actress and a model, but she is best known for her talent as a voice artist. This is her primary source of income, with a net worth of around $200,000.
She earned her first minor voice role in the animated film Megamind in 2010, which is her father's movie. After that, she continued sharing her talent with the world and making a name for herself.

Chris O'Donnell and daughter Maeve
It was also a father-daughter date for the "NCIS: Los Angeles," actor Chris O'Donnell who took his 14-year-old daughter Maeve. This sweet girl is one of the five children-Lily, 23; Chris Jr., 21; Charles, 19; and Finley, 16, the actor shares with his wife, Caroline Fentress.
The 52-year-old actor was the presenter for the award for outstanding lead actress in a limited or anthology series or movie. He was in a classic black suit while his daughter was in a chic, youthful, floral maxi dress.
During the red carpet interview with KTLA, O'Donnell shared that almost all his kids have appeared on NCIS over the years in cameo roles.
"I don't know if they necessarily want to follow in my footsteps. Four of the five have been on the show in little bit parts, and the one that hasn't, [Christopher Jr.], is a little jealous at this point. We'll see. We'll try and find him a little spot," MSN quoted the actor saying.
Maeve was the last to appear on his show alongside her mother in a 2015 episode. She was just seven years old then, yet it was said that she quickly stole the show on set. Her father said she had this one little line, which she kept rehearsing at home until she felt she had delivered it well.
