The Baldwins just got bigger as baby number 7 arrived. Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin, 64, and wife Hilaria Baldwin welcomed their seventh child together last September 22, E News reported.

The "Living Clearly Method" author, 38, gave birth to a baby girl, Ilaria Catalina Irena, weighing 6 lbs and 13 oz.

'Tiny Dream Come True'

Hilaria took to Instagram last September 24 to confirm the arrival of their "tiny dream come true," posting a video showing the mother and child's first moments together, her father having a stamped of her tiny little feet in his arms, and her siblings welcoming her for the first time at home. Alec reposted the video on his Instagram.

Hilaria captioned the video: "Both she and I are happy and healthy. Her Baldwinito siblings are spending the day bonding and welcoming her into our home. Much love to you all. We are so happy to celebrate."

The couple, who have been married for a decade since June 2012, are also parents to the Baldwinitos-Carmen, 9; Rafael, 7; Leonardo, 6; Romeo, 4; Eduardo, 2; and Lucia, 18 months. Ilaria is the eighth child of the "30 Rock" actor, whose other daughter is Ireland Baldwin, 26, with ex-wife Kim Basinger.

It was also through Instagram that the world found out that they were expecting baby number 7. The founder and host of the podcast "Mom Brain" also posted a video of her and Alec announcing to their kids that they would have "another Baldwinito" this fall, and the kids were super excited with the news.

According to Hilaria, they were pretty sure their family was already complete, but they were beyond happy with the little surprise in her tummy, who was already conquering the whole of her heart. Back then, she described Ilaria as "a very bright spot" in their lives, "a blessing and a gift" in these uncertain times.

Life after a miscarriage

In April of last year, it can be recalled that Hilaria expressed how the "Baldwinitos" are craving so much for a little sister. Fast forward to today, their craving was satisfied twice, first with Lucia, and now with Ilaria.

The year 2019 ended with heartbreak for the Baldwin family after losing a baby girl at four months to a miscarriage. Hilaria said that there isn't a day that goes by that they do not ache for their little angel who was gone too soon.

When she found out the baby had died, she immediately told their children that a baby sister was coming but not just at that time.

She also shared how their children were brave during that time of enormous grief. Hilaria said they were more courageous than their parents, adding she was grateful for how she had seen them "held out hope." Those moments made her realize that often, children are wiser than adults. She revealed that the wisdom of their children had guided them in ways unexpected and powerful.
