The former couple is officially divorced and has reached an agreement on child custody and property related issues.
Kim Kardashian, 42, and Kanye West, 45, have finalized their divorce as confirmed by People.
According to the divorce documents the latter has obtained, the SKIMS founder and the rapper will share joint physical and legal custody with "equal access" to their 4 kids - North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.
Moreover, West is required to pay his ex-wife the amount of $200 thousand for monthly child support, which is to be wired on her account on the first day of every month. He will also be responsible for the other half of the children's expenses in terms of medical, educational, and security.
Kids will be with their mom 80 percent of the time
However, although the documents have stated "equal access" to their children, sources close to the reality show queen informed TMZ that Kardashian will continue to have the kids 80 percent of the time.
The former couple was also said to agree with settling disputes about their children through participating in mediation. The court provided a condition stating that if either party failed to take part in the mediation, the other had the immediate right to "make the decision in a dispute by default."
Both Kardashian and West refused spousal support.
As to their assets and properties, they will be divided based on their prenup agreement.
According to the sources, Kardashian "walked a tightrope" last year as her ex-husband kept going off the rails, refusing participation to resolve divorce.
As TMZ reported before, the rapper kept on changing lawyers and blowing off depositions.
One source revealed that Kardashian's patience was really put to the test. Good thing, she handled everything calmly until West came around.

'No way to repair our marriage'
It can be recalled that in February 2021, the ""Keeping Up With the Kardashians" alum filed for divorce after being married to West for 7 years.
"I very much desire to be divorced. I have asked Kanye to keep our divorce private, but he has not done so. Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private family matters and co-parenting on social media which has created emotional distress," the fashion designer and entrepreneur expressed in a court document, and further added, "While I wish our marriage would have succeeded, I have come to the realization that there is no way to repair our marriage."
According to Page Six, even after Kardashian filed for divorce, West continued to win his former wife back for several months, but to no avail.
In March 2022, the judge declared Kardashian to be legally single and gave her back the right to use her single name.
As to writing, no comments or statements have yet been released from both parties regarding their divorced now being final.
