Co-parenting is never easy, and this is true whether one is a normal person or a celebrity.

According to Huffpost, experts were able to summarize the issues co-parents had and were able to break them down in seven items - talking badly about the other parent, kids' bedtimes, changes in schedule, relinquishing control, uncooperative exes, lack of consistency, and listening without judgment.

Most, if not all, of these issues are faced in co-parenting. Regardless of one's stature and circumstance, the emotional fatigue and journey experienced by normal people and celebrities are the same, as well as the desire for healing and moving forward, and giving the children the best despite the separation of their parents.
