The first daughter of the former president of the United States will continually keep her distance from her father and politics, despite the tension surrounding her father over the grand jury's indictment over the hush money payment case.

Ivanka Trump decides to steer clear from his father Donald Trump amid the upcoming indictment he is about to face and the issues involving the charges thrown at her father over the alleged hush money payment given to porn star Stormy Daniels in 2016.

A social source exclusively tells People that though she loves her father, the former first daughter and businesswoman "knows how impossible he can be."

Another source close to Ivanka denies that there is a tension between the father-daughter relationship. The 41-year-old mom just wants to focus on her family, raising her kids and building a life in Miami.

Love and support 'outside the political arena'

When asked about what Ivanka's thoughts are on the legal problems her father is facing, the source responded that the former first daughter is well-aware that she cannot do anything about it.

"Donald does what he wants, and she can't help him now. His help is in the hands of his lawyers and advisers. She is no longer working in that capacity," the source responded.

It can be recalled that when Donald announced that he is again running for presidency in 2024, her daughter made it very clear that she had no plans being involved the way she was in his past campaigns.

"I love my father very much. This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family. I do not plan to be involved in politics," Ivanka emphasized in an interview with Fox News Digital.

She further added that she will continue to love and support her father, but it will be "outside the political arena."

Spending time with the children is her priority

The first source further shares that Ivanka is done with politics and has her children and business recreation as priorities for the meantime.

She may miss her New York social life once in a while but she is truly enjoying Miami and everything that the city has to offer. She is enjoying her current life. Starting over suits her as she pursues her passion in business and design and most of all, gets to be more involved and present in the lives of her three kids - eleven-year-old daughter Arabella, nine-year-old son Joseph, and the youngest, seven-year-old son Theodore.

Another source who is in Ivanka's New York and Florida social circles declares that the former first daughter is building a new life "to compensate for what she lost when she spent four years in her father's Washington."

Since her father lost the 2020 election, Ivanka and husband Jared Kushner, along with their children, have found their safe haven at Surfside, Florida living "low-key lives." And, as part of compensating the years the couple lost while serving as senior advisers to her father from 2017 to 2021, the family has been seen spending the past months traveling and just trying to ignore the negativity that surrounds them.

In fact, a week ago, the businesswoman posted a photo of her on Instagram, praying during sunrise at the Western Wall in Israel. It was reported that her trip to Israel was made with her husband and one of their sons.
