Chrissy Teigen's Pregnancy Announcement Upset Tyra Banks? FABLife Star Wanted Show Spotlight [Rumors]

Everyone was happy with Chrissy Teigen's announcement about her pregnancy. However, her "FABLife" co-star Tyra Banks seems to be upset with her announcement.

When Teigen, 29, announced that she and her husband, John Legend, 36, are expecting she was not able to contain the news. Of course, the couple has been struggling to conceive and finally, when their desire for a child was granted, they immediately announced it on social media.

In an earlier report from Parent Herald, the supermodel wrote, "John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant :)"

"As many of you know, we've been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn't been easy, but we kept trying because we can't wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family. We're so excited that it's finally happening. Thank you for all your love and well wishes. I look forward to all the belly touching! Xx."

However, while fans have been jumping for joy for the soon-to-be parents, Banks, 41, isn't so thrilled, according to Hollywood Life. Actually, Tyra was happy for Chrissy but she wanted the announcement to be made in their show.

"Tyra is very happy that her co-host is pregnant, but she wishes that the announcement would have been made on their show because any chance for a ratings boost is only a good thing," an insider told the publication.

"Tyra would have loved to show everyone a clip of Chrissy announcing her pregnancy from the show, but hopefully now everyone will follow her journey on the show instead," added the source.

Well, maybe Teigen was overjoyed that she couldn't wait to announce her pregnancy. As the report suggests, Tyra should give Chrissy a break. "A baby bump shouldn't be about a ratings bump."

Of course, who wouldn't be excited? The couple was open about their struggle to conceive. In fact, in one episode of Tyra Presents FABLife, Chrissy admitted that they would have kids five or six years ago if only it happened but it was a difficult process for the couple.

In fact, they opted to check with fertility doctors before jumping to conclusions if they have fertility issues. On the same episode, the now-expectant mom revealed that she's hurt every time she's asked if she is going to have kids.

Well, things are different now and soon, Chrissy and John will have a happier and livelier home.

"I'm aging. I love bouncing around. I love going on tour with John, we've considered ourselves bi-coastal for 10 years now. It's definitely weird and different to have a home now," Chrissy said per Entertainment Weekly. "I'm ready to have a family and call Los Angeles my home."
