YouTuber and well-known beauty influencer Aspyn Ovard allegedly filed for divorce on the same day of their third daughter's birth.
Ovard, aged 27, submitted divorce paperwork to Salt Lake County's Third District Court on April 1, citing unspecified reasons for the separation as per court documents.
Coinciding with the divorce filing, Ovard shared the news of her third daughter's birth on the same day.
In a social media update, she mentioned that the baby arrived six weeks ahead of schedule, although the newborn's name has not been publicly disclosed.
Shocking Divorce Filing
Ovard initiated legal proceedings for separation on the same day she publicly revealed the arrival of their third child. This couple, also parents to daughters Cove and Lola, exchanged vows in October 2015.
Recently, the YouTuber shared a TikTok video where she engaged in chores while disclosing that her newborn is under neonatal intensive care.
She candidly discussed the challenges of delivering her third child, documenting her hospitalization for induction, which later led to her discharge home.
Post-birth, the baby was admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit and is reportedly in stable condition, as per Ovard's TikTok updates.
While Ovard announced her daughter's birth in April, the specific date remains undisclosed. Subsequently, Ovard has uploaded several TikTok videos from the hospital focusing on her newborn, including one featuring Ferris.
As of now, the divorce remains unconfirmed by both parties. Allegedly, the divorce rumors surfaced on Reddit when a fan shared purported divorce documents. Ovard and Ferris have refrained from public comments on the matter.
YouTubers Aspyn Ovard and Parker Ferris
Ovard, aged 27, established her presence on YouTube back in 2010 under the moniker HauteBrilliance. She commenced vlogging about her daily experiences while still in school, later transitioning to a collaborative channel with Ferris.
In October 2015, Ovard tied the knot with Ferris in a picturesque outdoor ceremony, marking their union when she was 19 years old. They currently reside in Salt Lake County, Utah.
Initially, Ovard's YouTube content focused on vlogs, makeup tutorials, and beauty tips during her high school years, with Ferris frequently featuring in videos such as boyfriend tags and comedic skits like makeup challenges.
One of her channels garnered 2 million subscribers, initially shared with Ferris before reverting to her sole ownership in March 2024. Another channel, which she paused in March 2022, amassed over 3 million subscribers.
Ferris has played a crucial role in Ovard's social media journey, from video editing to content creation for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. He also assisted in managing Ovard's clothing brand, Luca + Grae, until its temporary hiatus.
Ovard has acknowledged Ferris's support in parenting their daughters, whom she has recently kept more private. Ferris often collaborated with Ovard in videos, showcasing snippets of their daily lives on their previously shared channel.
The news of their divorce filing came as a surprise to fans who have followed Ovard and Ferris's online journey for years. Prior to their recent addition to the family, the couple shared glimpses of their babymoon on TikTok.
