Lamar Odom, Khloe Kardashian's former husband, has been struggling for his life after he was found unconscious at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch South in Pahrump, Nevada, according to a report from TMZ.
Brother owner Dennis Hof told TMZ that the 35-year-old NBA star checked in the ranch on Saturday and had been having a good time with girls for days. On Tuesday, two women saw him sleep at around 6:00 a.m., only to find Odom unconscious after returning to his room late in the afternoon. The news outlet further noted that Odom was taking "an herbal substitute for Viagra."
"They came back at around 3:00 p.m., and he was unconscious, so they immediately called 911. "They told them to place him on his side, that's when they saw a bunch of stuff coming out of his mouth," Hof revealed to People.
Hof also told TMZ that the said "stuff" is a "mucus-type liquid coming out of his nose and mouth."
Nye County sheriff Sharon A. Wehrly relayed to People that the 35-year-old NBA star was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday after receiving an emergency call from the hotel at around 3:15 p.m. At 3:34 pm, the emergency team arrived at the brothel, and Odom was taken to the Desert View Hospital.
However, according to Wherly, "After being treated by the physicians, arrangements were made to transport him by Mercy Air helicopter. However, Mr. Odom was unable to be transported by air due to his stature. He was immediately transported by Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Ambulance to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada for further treatment."
Due to the gravity of the basketball player's condition, according to Just Jared, Khloe has been hands-on in making arrangements for her ex-husband's children, Destiny and Lamar Jr., his ex-wife Liza Morales and his father Joe Odom, to visit Lamar in the hospital.
A source from a separate People report says that Odom's family members have "been really distraught" from what has happened.
One family member even said, "I hate seeing my boy like this."
The Los Angeles Lakers forward and Morales has been together separated in 2008 after being together for 10 years. Apart from Destiny and Lamar Jr., they had another son Jayden, who passed away from SIDS in 2006.
"Keeping up with the Kardashians" star Khloe and Odom married in 2009, but the two separated in 2013 after the NBA star returned to his substance abuse and cheated on Khloe. Their divorce was finalized in July.
