Kate Middleton Baby News: Duchess of Cambridge Expecting Twins? [Rumor]

There have been rumors that Kate Middleton is pregnant with royal baby no. 3. While there has been no official statement from the Royal Family, new reports claim that the royal mom is not just expecting one but two additions to the family.

In a new report by Hollywood Life, Middleton, 33, is pregnant with twins. "To say she was shocked would be an understatement," a source told OK! Magazine via Hollywood Life. "She's suffering more from exhaustion than anything else."

Similar to her pregnancy with Prncess Charlotte, the Duchess' third pregnancy has not been an easy one. The publication suggests that Kate is most of the time exhausted being three months along. "She hasn't had much of an appetite, so she's hardly gained any weight. Kate is very good at putting on a brace face, but everyone just wants to make sure she's taking care of herself," added the source.

This could have explained Kate's sudden weight loss. In an earlier report from National Enquirer via CelebDirtyLaundry, many were concerned about Kate's skinny figure. A royal family insider noted how slim the Duchess has become. "It's horrifying. She looks like she has lost 20 pounds in the last few months. Her arms appear to be skin and bones."

Further, the report suggests that the celebrity mom's stress has contributed to her appearance and she isn't anorexic, rather she's stressed. Middleton's condition was said to be related to an increasing amount of stress due to the possibility that Camilla Parker-Bowles' could be crowned the next queen. This is in addition to her responsibilities as a parent to two kids, several royal duties and dealing with several issues like a speculated royal divorce.

Excited New Mom?

The expectant mom was reportedly super overwhelmed with the thought of having four kids under 3 years old. "Kate was a little discouraged. She wasn't sure if she would cope. She's still in the fog of having a newborn, and the thought of months and months of more sleepless nights with two babies caused her to panic," said the insider to Ok! Magazine.

Meanwhile, it was reported that the rest of the royal family are also excited with the prospect of welcoming twins in their expanding family.

In addition to a supposed third pregnancy, many sources have published that the Duchess is in a power struggle with Prince Charles and Camilla. In an earlier report from Parent Herald, Kate finds an ally in Queen Elizabeth and is trying to establish herself a powerful influence on the royal grounds.

The report suggests that the queen's first choices were the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, but the royal's advisors think otherwise. They believe the royal couple needs more time and training to assume the throne.
