Fans of the "Monster Hunter" series will be delighted with this! New reports suggested that the game's latest title, "Monster Hunter X" will be out soon. Unfortunately, the release will only be available in Japan and U.S. players have to wait for Capcom's further announcement.
Geeksnack shared that Capcom, the developer and publisher of the popular game, has been unveiling more details about "Monster Hunter X" as they come close to its release date in Japan. The report suggested that more details about the upcoming title had been featured in the latest episode of Capcom TV.
Famitsu, a Japanese magazine, disclosed that "Monster Hunter X" will feature a new set of monsters two months ago. One of these new monsters is called Tamamitsune. Some old monsters will also return in the new title. However, they will come with new skills and special attacks that will make gamers feel as if the character is something new.
CrossMap shared that among the new features of "Monster Hunter X" is the special attack called "Hunting Arts." This enables players or the hunters to use eye-catching moves specifically made for each weapon. This suggests that each weapon will have a unique "Hunting Arts" ability. For gamers who are interested to know more about this feature, a preview of "Hunting Arts" is available in the title's first trailer.
The upcoming title will also give gamers the opportunity to play as Palico. No details have been released yet as to how gamers should maneuver the cute furry felines, but its presentation is engaging for both newcomers and veterans of the series.
A lengthy "Monster Hunter X" gameplay video was released in September. Although the video was only available in Japanese, any gamer would understand what's going on even without understanding the language.
"Monster Hunter X" will be available in Japan on November 28 exclusively on Nintendo 3DS. At the moment, it's not confirmed when the game will be available for North America and Europe. However, with the outstanding success of "Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate," which was released last year, the game will be more likely released in the West.
In fact, Venture Capital Post reported that North American fans and the English speaking countries may not have to wait for too long. The previous English localized versions of "Monster Hunter" games have enabled Capcom to earn a lot of money. Thus, it might not take long and Capcom will make "Monster Hunter X" available in these countries.
What makes "Monster Hunter" franchise very much appealing, is its similar set up with "Pokemon." The game is an anime series which Otaku-type gamers find very inviting.
We will keep you posted about "Monster Hunter X" in the coming days.
