Jenelle Evans has been enjoying her life with beau David Eason. The couple is enjoying their vacation in St. Thomas, but it looks like someone is not happy for them.
Radar Online reported that Evan's ex-flame Nathan Griffith freaked out upon learning that the 23-year-old star went out of the country without their one-year-old child Kaiser. He called the Child Protective Services (CPS) to inform the incident, who took immediate action.
"They checked on Kaiser and both CPS and the cops said everything is fine," a source told the publication. Kaiser is temporarily staying with Evan's friend Tori Rhyne and the cops were surprised upon learning from her that Griffith doesn't have custody over the child.
"They were like, 'Oh sorry, we had no idea!'," added the source. "They just saw that Kaiser was okay and then they left."
CPS reached out to Evans and she spoke to them, but she did not speak to the cops. "CPS told Jenelle that they would talk to her when she gets back and that's all, but that everything looked okay and everything was fine," said the insider.
According to the insider, this incident is the latest custody issue between the ex-couple. Last weekend, Kaiser's dad took him to Boston without informing Evans. She got full custody over the child, but allow her baby daddy for visits and now they are in for another trouble.
"Since the Boston trip, Jenelle told Nathan that if he wants to see Kai, he can take her to court for visitation," added the source. In the meantime, Kaiser is staying with Evan's mom Barbara, while the celeb mom is still enjoying her get away with Eason.
Although the "Teen Mom 2" star seems to be enjoying her trip, she still took the time to fire back at her ex-fiance. "Yes, [you] called the police but [you] have no custody.. So that's that," she wrote in one of her deleted tweets, Enstars has learned.
Evans did not stop at stressing Griffith's lack of custody to Kaiser. She also attacked his parenting, disclosing that he drives their son around town without insurance. "That's really nice of a father to have his son driving around with no car insurance," she wrote. "IDC about it paying it lmao... all I wanted [you] to do was tell me so me and Kai were safe while driving."
On a separate note, Parent Herald previously reported that Evans has been successful in shedding the extra pounds she gained after giving birth. The "Teen Mom 2" has been on a diet since January and has been working out a lot. Now, she's down to size two for the first time in her life.
