Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt Kids: Nanny Details Alarming Jolie-Pits' Parenting Style; No To Home-Schooling Guidelines, 'Angie Doesn't Believe in Rules' [Rumors]

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have an unusual parenting style for their kids. This was shared in detail by a former nanny, who allegedly talked with Star Magazine in its latest issue.

The nanny said that the Jolie-Pitts are far from being conventional as parents. "It is like they are living in a hippy commune most of the time because Angie doesn't believe in rules. She thinks that it is important for children to have freedom of expression - but that doesn't always work out well," said the source, per Celeb Dirty Laundry.

As previously reported on Parent Herald, Maddox, 14, Pax, 11, Zahara, 10, Shiloh, 9, and 7-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne are all homeschooled and three teachers share in the task of tutoring them. But the nanny said Angie doesn't believe in following a guideline. It's the children who pick what they want to learn without going through tests or quizzes. Stuff that aren't interesting to the kids are ignored. "Let's face it, none of those kids will ever be going after low-level jobs, so it's not like they need a formal education the way other kids would," added the ex-nanny.

Angie apparently also doesn't believe in set bedtime schedules and rules, but she does prioritize therapy for the children as well as learning the French language. Angie's mother, Marcheline Betrand, is French Canadian per the Williams Addams Reitwiesner Genealogical Services.

The Jolie-Pitt kids have been taught French even as babies and it's the second language in the household. "I've got the Rosetta Stone for French sitting right on the table in the bedroom, and it's going to be loaded into my brain. I know there are certain synapses in my brain that just freeze dead at French, but I have to learn it because our kids are speaking it," said Brad in a 2011 interview with Parade Magazine.

The kids are also brought to different churches to study various religion and faith. The couple believe that the children will have to choose their own belief system when the right time comes.

But while the children seem privileged and handed free reign, the nanny squealed that they don't exactly have friends outside of their family, per Baby Center. They are also not allowed sleepovers with other children as being with their siblings is enough, per Classical Lite.

Per Celeb Dirty Laundry, the nanny was convinced to do a tell-all after being cropped out of the paparazzi photos of the Hollywood family.
