Reality TV star Kim Zolciak, weeks after giving birth to her son has been sued by her own mother for gaining visitation rights to her grandchildren.
Karen Zolciak (55) filed a petition in Georgia's Fulton County Superior Court, Aug.28 for getting visitation rights of her grandchildren Ariana (9) and Brielle (15).
In the Petition, the grandmother remembered spending time with her grandchildren "cooking, baking, doing crafts, having sleepovers, playing with our dogs, making hot fudge sundaes, eating 'poppy' burgers," E! News reported.
According to Karen her grandchildren live a "crappy, abnormal life being on TV" and "need a normal haven to relax and unwind and just be kids."
Explaining the intimacy she kept with her grandchildren she said how the children felt "calm and comfortable" at her house.
Karen also was unhappy about how she was depicted in the show "Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding" and her daughter kicking her out of her wedding.
"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" tied the knot with Atlanta Falcons American football player Biermann Nov.11, 2011. Their first son Kroy Jagger Biermann Jr. was born May 30, 2011. Zolciak and Biermann welcomed their second son Kash Kade Aug.15.
Brielle and Ariana are Zolciak's children from an ex-relationship.
