"The Blacklist" actress Megan Boone and her partner Dan Estabrook are going to be first-time parents. A representative confirmed the baby news via E! Online by saying that the actress is already three months on the way.
No further details to Megan's pregnancy were revealed as the news outlet noted, she's always been keen to her personal life on the down low. She doesn't even share much about Dan on her Instagram, as her boyfriend only appeared in her social media account site once or twice in the more than two years they have been together. On the other hand, Dan's Instagram often features photos of Megan. Per Hollywood Life, the father of Megan's baby is a contemporary artist who is well-versed in a lot of mediums including photography and sculpting.
Before the pregnancy confirmation, Megan posted a photo herself wearing a T-shirt that says, "The future is female." She captioned this photo with: "My man got this shirt for me. Hot." It elicited different assumptions from her followers who said she could be revealing the gender of her baby.
"I can not believe you're pregnant, I hope this does not ruin the show. So in the last three chapters discuss Lizzie fantasy of having a family and so much publicity to the characters of Tom and Lizzie," wrote one follower on Megan's Instagram, alluding to her series.
With "The Blacklist" wrapping up their show to take a break during the winter, it's still not yet known what will happen to her character because of this pregnancy. Per Celeb Dirty Laundry a pregnancy storyline could be written into the plot of the highly-rated NBC drama series, especially since Elizabeth Keen's husband Tom (played by Ryan Eggold) is now back in her life and have always wanted kids.
Us Weekly reported that Megan also shared a photo of her TV show body double, Ashley Pynn. It's possible "The Blacklist" will be using her more than ever when shooting resumes as the producers may not decide to write the pregnancy into the story.
Meanwhile, in the upcoming episode of "The Blacklist" airing Thursday, Nov. 19, the tides could finally turn for Elizabeth after running from the FBI as a fugitive, per Latin Post. In the latest teaser, Red (played by James Spader) is seen telling her, "This will be over soon," as he warns her that the Feds are on to her. Will she finally be able to convince the government agency she is not the responsible for Sen. Clifford Hawkins' death, or will this be the bitter end for Liz?
"The Blacklist" airs at 9 p.m. on NBC. Check out the teaser to the latest episode below.
