Jeremy Calvert is going to be back on "Teen Mom 2" Season 7. The reality star hinted this on social media despite his status still unconfirmed by MTV.
Leah Messer's ex-husband exchanged Twitter posts with Randy Houska, the father of "Teen Mom 2" regular Chelsea Houska. Jeremy told Randy he will be seeing him again soon, thus he must prepare for this with "beers and pool" and Randy obliged him.
MTV confirmed Jeremy and Leah's divorce in June and there were speculations on how this will affect his participation in the series, per Inquisitr. The assumptions were further fueled by the fact that Leah's first husband, Corey Simms, expressed he was leaving the reality TV show when they divorced, per Life & Style Magazine. A source told the news outlet that Jeremy might want the same thing and follow what Corey did. Meanwhile, the two ex-husbands and MTV are now being accused of faking their scenes for the show last season.
Radar Online reported that Corey and Jeremy were filmed having a drink together and were coerced into talking about Leah's drug addiction. The source also told the news outlet some of the scenes were edited to "flip stories" around.
When those scene aired in September, Leah lost it on Twitter and ranted about her exes bad-mouthing her. "This drug issue that everybody knows she has is swept under that carpet and don't want nobody knowing where she went," Corey said in that episode, per another Radar Online report. "We're the fathers of her children. We need to know what's going on with the mother of our children. Why are you sweeping it under the rug acting like there's no big deal?"
Known for being soft-spoken, Leah immediately hinted on Twitter that the "get together" was faked. "I talked to Jeremy the whole time ... Jeremy can't stand Corey .. This was definitely SET UP and not even the truth."
Leah's brazen move have others concerned that MTV was going to sanction her or remove her from the series, but she was not worried about getting into trouble. It's still unclear if Leah is returning for Season 7, per IB Times.
The mom of twins Ali and Aleeah was in a rehab in June for abuse of prescription painkiller, but Leah said she had depression and anxiety.
