Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt Kids: Proud Mom Reveals Maddox, Pax's Movie Jobs

Angelina Jolie couldn't be prouder of her two elder children with husband Brad Pitt. The boys, Maddox, 14, and Pax, 11, are already immersed in the same industry as their parents and they're starting to become familiar with their way around the movie set.

"Pax is doing a lot of the stills," Angelina told People, referring to the work her second son is doing for her latest directorial movie, "First They Killed My Father" for Netflix. The mother-of-six added that the film is "from a child's point of view," thus, Pax's participation bears some importance.

On the other hand, Maddox is also doing research for the same film and, as previously reported on Parent Herald, he's cast in a special role. The movie tackles the Khmer Rouge genocide in Cambodia in the 70s and it should be noted that the 14-year old was born in this country before Angelina adopted him as a baby.

"[Maddox] has been desperate to get into acting," an insider revealed via Hollywood Life. "This is a dream come true for him. He's read the book the film's based on and speaks the language. It's a perfect fit."

Maddox also served as a production assistant in his parents' movie, "By the Sea," which is currently running in theaters. "He read the scenes of the day-I didn't even know!" Angelina said. "One day he came up to me and said, 'Really interesting script, Mom." The movie is about a long-time married couple and it required filming a few sex scenes. Angelina said Maddox was not allowed to be on the set when they were shooting these sensitive scenes, though.

It's not the first time the young boy has shown interest for his parents work. "I don't know exactly how to define that love man has with machine, but my son, my oldest son, he could tell you any tank, any bomber...So I got a brief tutorial from him when we started," said proud dad Brad in reference to his war movie "Fury."

The other Jolie-Pitt kids have also had a chance to be in their parents' movies in the past, albeit in brief appearances only. Pax and Zahara, 10, had walk-in roles in "Maleficent," according to another People report. It was Vivienne, 7, who had a bigger role as young Princess Aurora. Her scene was a defining moment for the whole family. "Daddy was on the edge of the cliff she had to jump off, making faces and all her brothers and sisters were egging her on," said Angelina, who admitted they practiced at home first.
