Josh Duggar has plunged his family into a pool of controversy and, until now, the results of his misbehaviors continue to hunt them. The eldest child of Jim Bob and Michelle made headlines after sexually molesting five young women, four of which his sisters. The scandal caused the cancellation of their long-time running reality show "19 Kids and Counting."
However, before the controversy fully subsided, the disgraced Josh made other rounds of headlines when the infidelity site Ashley Madison was hacked, revealing that he was among the cheating spouses who used the site. The reality star admitted his sexual addictions and even went into a rehab facility, but his action doesn't change the things he already did.
Following the Ashley Madison controversy, one adult film star went out and revealed that she had a "rough sex" with Josh. "He threw me on the bed and, in all honesty, though it was consensual it more or less felt like I was being raped," Danica Dillon told Entertainment Tonight.
On Tuesday, Dillon sued Josh for assault and battery, People has learned. She is asking for $500,000 in damages, stating that she suffered emotionally and physically since her alleged sexual encounter with the "19 Kids and Counting" star. She is being treated by a psychiatrist for severe anxiety.
Dillon admitted that she "never told him no" and consented to the sex, but she found a strong support from her lawyer. This is what Atty. Marc J. Frumer said about the consensual sex "while sex may be consensual, an assault and battery is clearly beyond the scope of any consent."
However, Josh was quick enough to arrange his assets. Daily Mail Online reported that he already sold his dream house in Arakansas for $65,000 to ALB Investments LLC, a company set up by their attorney, Travis W. Story on the same day. The eldest Duggar made $10,000 profit from the said transaction, which was done two days before Dillon filed charges against him.
According to the report, LLC "is commonly used in business to provide a measure of legal protection for the assets of company owners and partners." The document was signed by Josh, Anna, Story and a public notary. However, it is not clear who are the owners of the investment company because, under the law, such information should be confidential.
Meanwhile, Amy Duggar-King revealed that she's in no hurry to get pregnant. When she returned from her honeymoon, her cousins were eager to know if she's pregnant and most were upset that she's not. But as for her, it was not a big deal because "[We're] definitely not planning anything, not anytime soon," US Weekly reported.
