Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's two daughters, Stella and Hattie, debuted early into the modeling world posing for Modern Queen Kids, a luxury accessories brand for children. However, rumor has it that the two kids are taking on these modeling stints to help their celebrity parents pay the bills, per Enstars.
According to the news outlet, Spelling and McDermott had a hard time landing a stable acting stint that the two decided to encourage their daughters to have a modeling break. Xpose reports that even though the kids do not have any modelling experience, they, fortunately, got Modern Queen Kids to make them as models. The brand posted a series of photos on Instagram showing Hattie and Stella all glammed up and wearing a too much make-up.
"We recently shot Tori Spelling's @torispelling beautiful daughters Stella and Hattie rocking MODERN QUEEN kid!" says the company on one of the photos on Instagram, which showed Stella lying down while wearing a black, sequence tutu layered with a white long sleeve top. The seven-year-old was sparkling with glitter eyeshadow while surrounded with pillows sequenced in gold.
Meanwhile, four-year-old Hattie's make-up was more toned down. On another photo on Instagram, the blonde cutie was seen looking charming at the camera while gold eyeliner highlighted her blue eyes. According to ET, the girls' ensembles were from Tutu du Monde. Xpose notes that the new Modern Queen Kids collection ranged from $58 to $88 and can be bought online.
Last September, Spelling also got a lot of heat from critics questioning her parenting methods when it was reported that she bleaches her kids' hair to look like her, per In Touch Weekly.
Spelling posted a photo of her blonde kids, daughters Hattie and Stella as well as sons Liam and Finn, on Instagram. But eagle-eyed fans noticed that Liam and Stella's roots were apparently not blonde, which made them criticize the former 'Beverly Hills, 90210' actress for exposing her kids to bleach chemicals.
A source from OK! magazine even said, “Tori thinks it’s cool for her kids to be a mini version of herself."
Also, Enstars reported that it's fine for Spelling for her kids to wear make-up or have hair higlights, and, in fact, encourages them to do so.
What do you think, is Spelling and McDermott letting their kids model to help them pay their household expenses?
