Six months from now, the next epic battle of the mutant superheroes will storm in the big screens. There is no doubt that "X-Men: Apocalypse" is among the anticipated film in 2016. However, up to now, fans are still waiting for its first official trailer.
We know that Director Bryan Singer is working on the trailer. In fact, he has been updating fans about his progress by teasing them about the trailer on his social media posts. Parent Herald previously reported another teaser from the director where he uploaded a glimpse of Professor X wearing his Cerebro. He captioned the said post with: "Finishing up the first teaser. #xmen #xmenapocalypse." It looks like fans are close to seeing the official trailer of "X-Men: Apocalypse."
There is no doubt that the anticipated trailer for "X-Men: Apocalypse" will soon be released. However, what are the things that fans want to see in the footage?
According to CinemaBlend here are the five big moments that Singer should include in the first "X-Men: Apocalypse's" official trailer.
1. The supervillain's Egyptian past.
"X-Men: Days of Future Past" mid-credit scene features a young En Sabah Nur telekinetically constructing the ancient Pyramids which gives us a glimpse of how powerful he is. The trailer should establish the difference of Apocalypse with the other antagonists before.
2. Magneto's awesome surprise.
The character has been showing off his powerful metal manipulating skills in the past. So fans are expecting that after carrying a bridge, submarine and a whole stadium, he will lift something gigantic in "X-Men: Apocalypse."
3. Professor X's training the new student.
Several younger mutant superheroes are joining "X-Men: Apocalypse" and we know that they will undergo training from Professor X. Fans want to have a glimpse of Cyclops' optic blast, Jean's telekinesis, Nighcrawler's teleporting and Jubilee's plasmoids.
4. Four Horsemen.
Apocalypse will be working with his four horsemen Magnet, Storm, Angel and Psylocke and just like the young "X-Men", the audience wishes to see the four horsemen unleash their powers.
5. Apocalypse potential.
Earlier reports claimed that Apocalypse is the strongest supervillain that the "X-Men" have to face in the franchise. It will be a great treat to fans if his true potential will be featured in the "X-Men: Apocalypse's" trailer.
Aside from this five big moments, several fans want to understand how Professor X became bald. This will surely be answered in the film. "We couldn't have a superhero just lose his hair so he goes through something so horrible and painful that he literally half pulls his hair out and the rest falls out," James McAvoy explained via Daily Record. What was the painful incident that led to his baldness? Do not worry, you will soon find it out.
"X-Men: Apocalypse" premieres on May 27, 2016.
