'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' Trailer: Two Teasers Out! 5 Things You Need To Know! [Videos]

There are only a few months to go before the highly anticipated clash of two legendary superheroes hits the big screen. Now, a new trailer for "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" is released to hype fans excitement on the first time that Superman (Henry Cavill) and Batman (Ben Affleck) star in one storyline.

On Tuesday night, one of the film's lead stars Affleck stopped by the set of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” to introduce the newest trailer for "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice." Kimmel welcomed Affleck in a grand way, even turning on a batlight on the building’s rooftop. However, Affleck turned out to be sitting in the audience and the two had a friendly, humorous skit, per Batman News.

The three-minute trailer opens in what a red carpet event. Bruce Wayne/Batman steps out of a posh car while newcomer in Gotham City Clark Kent/Superman asks who he is. During the gala, Kent asks Wayne his position regarding the crime in the city.

The two has a tense banter regarding the pros and cons of having Batman and Superman, where Wayne reveals that he's not a fan of Superman. He even says, "Maybe it's the Gotham City in me. We just have a bad history with freaks dressed like clowns."

Cutting the intense scene is Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg), who still has a healthy set of hair. "Boys! Bruce Wayne meets Clark Kent. Ha! I love it," he says giddily. "I love bringing people together," per E! News.

Intense scenes follow, where Batman and Superman are seen fighting. Alfred (Jeremy Irons) cautions Batman on staging a war against Superman.

At the end of the trailer, Doomsday appears, and when it's about to spit fire to Batman, someone saves the day -- Superwoman (Gal Gadot). The heroine blocks off the fire, leaving Batman and Superman perplexed.

ABC News reports that an alternative version of the trailer was also seen on "Good Morning America." While introducing the brand new trailer for "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," Affleck promises, "Trust me, it’s worth the wait."

A separate ABC News lists five things that the new trailer reveals. First stop, Lex Luthor revives Doomsday, which killed Superman in the past. Also, it looks like Superman, Batman and Superwoman will unite to defeat the monstrous villain.

The trailer also shows a new Alfred (Jeremy Irons) warning Batman against a war with Superman, while Superwoman, as stated below, saves the day.

Basing on the lines, there seems to a punch of humor in the movie, which is quite refreshing to see.

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" will hit theaters on March 25.
