Kate Hudson Got Back Her Pre-Pregnancy Shape With Six-Hour Workout

Like many women, it was not easy for actress Kate Hudson to lose her baby weight after giving birth. It was her strong determination to work out six hours a day that helped her to regain her pre-pregnancy body.

The 33-year-old actress shared the hard work she underwent after giving birth to her second son Bingham Hawn Bellamy Hawn Bellamy in April 2011 recently.

"I devoted six hours a day to a vigorous workout regime," Hudson told Female First. "I would do 45 or 55 minutes of cardio then an hour of Pilates or yoga, three times a day."

Apart from that she used to keep herself active by biking, Pilates, dancing and running.

Hudson married Chris Robinson, frontman of the band The Black Crowes in 2000. The couple got legally separated in 2007. They have a son Ryder Russell Robinson.

It was in 2010, Hudson started dating Matthew Bellamy of the English rock band Muse. After confirming the pregnancy in Jan. 2011, the couple welcomed their first child, Bingham in July the same year.

The American actress, also was very particular in upbringing her second son by making him fully aware of his British roots.

"Bing is getting both sides of where he comes from. It's important for Bing to know he's British . . . even before I met Matthew I've always loved London. I've shot a lot of films there, for a long period of time," Website Popsugar quoted Hudson as saying.
