For the past years, LG has released some of the most high-tech mobile gadgets since the proliferation of smart phones begun. They have also gained popularity amongst users from all walks of life with their affordable releases.
With the rumor of releasing a new product next year lurking around the corner, people can't wait to discover the new features, specs and even the price for the latest device. LG has never failed consumers when it comes to their products as they always exceed expectations.
According to Christian Today, the possibility of releasing the new LG G5 early next year is very high. Although there is still no announcements from the tech giant on when it will be launched, there are sources who said that the launching may happen during the Mobile World Congress in 2016. That will also make sense because LG is known to be very unpredictable on releases.
Meanwhile, a new rumor about the new device is circulating. It is said that the G5 will come with "iris scanner", Venture Capital Post reported. The South Korean company is reportedly partnering with IRIENCE, a Korean company that specializes on creating new iris scanning technology, to enhance their security feature.
There is also a rumor that the new G5 will come in with a removable battery, a feature LG is known for. With all the talks about their high-end security features, Venture Capital Post revealed that fans are still interested about the design and if it comes with a removable 3,000-mAh or 4,000-mAh battery.
Other features that may be in the new LG device are USB-C, Snapdragon 820 chip, a fingerprint sensor and the newest software from Google's Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
It is also reported that the new device will come with a Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 820 chip, which will provide more power compared to some competitors. There are also reports that the new gadget will come with a 5.6-inch all metal design feature.
In a report by Crossmap, LG will definitely come out big with its camera feature. Since their latest release, the LG G4 is said to have one of the best mobile cameras out there. This is also the primary reason why many smartphone manufacturers are having a hard time catching up with LG. It is highly unlikely that the company will release the G5 with the same camera feature or even downgrade.
The rumor is certainly giving smartphone fanatics something to look forward to and, at the same time, LG is giving other companies a run for their money.
