There is no doubt that many fans have been looking forward to the trailer of the anticipated blockbuster film "X-Men: Apocalypse." Well, everyone who wants to see the trailer should rejoice because it is coming soon, very soon.
Parent Herald previously reported about director Bryan Singer teasing fans the "X-Men: Apocalypse" trailer. A month ago, he took a selfie in the studio with John Ottman behind him. The American film composer edited and scored "X2: X-Men United" and "X-Men: Days of Future Past". He captioned their photo with "Back in the cutting room w #johnottman teaser coming soon."
Three weeks ago, Singer uploaded another teaser post with Professor X wearing his cerebro and he captioned the photo with "Finishing up the first teaser. #xmen #xmenapocalypse." It looks like the team is done with the preparation because reports suggest that the "X-Men: Apocalypse" trailer will be out today.
According to ComicBook, 20th Century Fox announced that the trailer for "X-Men: Apocalypse" will debut online on Friday, Dec. 11. So, there it is you will see the anticipated footage today.
According to the report, the trailer's online release will precede its theatrical debut, which will be tied with "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" on Dec. 18. Thus, they are not certain if 20th Century Fox will feature a new footage of "X-Men: Apocalypse" or if it is a wide release of the same footage shown in San Diego Comic Con earlier, which was recently shown at an Italian film industry summit.
Meanwhile, aside from the anticipated trailer, new posters for "X-Men: Apocalypse" was released, per Empire. It was a basic photo featuring the traditional metallic movie X, which seems to be under some serious heat. The report suggested that the mutant superheroes would be on the same heat when they encounter the super villain. Check out the photo here.
The titular villain Apocalypse is set to cause trouble to James McAvoy's Professor X and Michael Fassbender's Magneto. In a separate report from Parent Herald, "X-Men: Apocalypse" will end the love-hate relationship of the two character for good.
Per ComicBook, Apocalypse was worshipped as God since the dawn of civilization. He is the most powerful mutant in Marvel's X-Men universe. He amassed the powers of many other mutants and became immortal and invincible.
