Denying reports of pregnancy, a source close to Canadian singer Avril Lavigne said that she was not pregnant, reported People magazine.
Speculations were rife about the 28-year-old singer's pregnancy after photos of her London visit surfaced on the Internet, which had a hint of what looked like a growing baby bump.
People magazine reported that the source said that Avril went overboard and indulged herself in some nice dinner that night. In the photo, Avril is wearing a snakeskin print dress, which hints at a baby bump.
Recently, Avril tweeted, 'Helllloooooo from London-town! So glad to be back at work in the UK, especially during the 60th anniversary of the Queen's coronation!!'
The singer is engaged to Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger. She dodged questions last year regarding the date of their marriage. "It's going to be quite spectacular, and there's a theme to it.; We're going pretty big, but Chad doesn't even know everything," she said.
Avril is currently preparing to promote her single 'Here's To Never Growing Up.'"This time it's not just all songs about relationships and dudes. I just wanted to write songs and make something that was a little more artistic. I wanted to go down that road, I wasn't trying to write a big radio record. Lyrically I pushed myself to talk about different subjects I haven't talked about before. I didn't want to be so simple. I tried to really express myself and go deeper."
vril's latest album is expected to be released in September.
