Celebrities definitely have their way of staying as perfectly looking as a human being could possibly be, be it after pregnancy or any medical treatment. Kim Kardashian certainly belongs to that category.
The 35-year-old reality TV star revealed that she has already lost 17 pounds after giving birth to her second child 10 days ago.
Many people may ask how that is even possible, but just over a week after Saint West came out from her womb, the bombshell could already be hitting the treadmill. However, Kardashian mentioned breastfeeding and dietary supplements as the main reasons why she lost so many pounds in just a few days after giving birth. She also explained that her goal is to reach 120 pounds, which is her ideal weight, as reported by US Weekly.
Kardashian revealed that she almost died during her second pregnancy as she weighs in at a total of 190 after gaining 60 pounds. Losing 17 pounds may be a long way to go from her goal of 120, which are a few pounds less of her weight in 2014 when she married Kanye West. But with the direction she's heading, the time may not be too far when people will see Kardashian's post-baby photo.
The mother of two is known to be a fan of certain exercises such as waist training squats, deadlifts and lunges. Fans can only hope that she will do the healthiest way possible to lose weight so that it won't create any negative long term effect on her.
"So, I'm really not this holistic person or someone who would have ever considered eating my placenta," Kardashian confessed after admitting that her placenta was made into pills after giving birth of her second child. "And when I say 'eat my placenta,' I mean that I'm having it freeze-dried and made into a pill form -- not actually fry it like a steak and eat it."
Kardashian also posted a photo of the "placenta pills" inside a jar on her Twitter account and it does not look bad as how people imagined it to be.
"I really didn't want the baby blues and thought I can't go wrong with taking a pill made of my own hormones-made by me, for me," the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star. She added that she did a research "and read about so many moms who felt this same way and said the overall healing process was so much easier."
